Mailing Lists

When you sign up for a mailing list, you will receive mail from those on the list. Much of the discussion will be focused around the topic of the list. You may also send mail to the others on the list.

Some lists have a "digest" option. If you choose this, you will receive several postings bundled together (often once per day) instead of getting each individual mailing as it is posted. This option is good, especially for popular lists, if you do not like getting a lot of different mailings in your Inbox.

All lists allow you to subscribe, see if you like the list, and unsubscribe if you do not want to be on the list any more.
