- Anti-Phospholipid
Antibodies
Note:
We receive a lot of questions about the anti-cardiolipin
antibody, which is an anti-phospholipid antibody. Another
anti-phospholipid is known as the lupus anticoagulant. The lupus
anticoagulant, just for the record, is not seen only in lupus,
and promotes clotting rather than anticoagulation. But we didn't
name the darn thing.
